REO SPEEDWAGON This Time We Mean It/R.E.O. - 2010 UK 'two-fer' CD ft. 2 classic albums from US AOR heroes
Format: CD Condition: New Year of Release: 2010 Cat. No.: BGOCD961 Label: BGO
Digitally remastered 'two-fer' containing a pair of albums from the American Hard Rockers.
These two albums from 1975 and 1976 respectively paved the way for the band's huge commercial success.
Three bands were the undisputed arena rock kings of the early '80s and REO Speedwagon was definitely and unarguably one of them.
REO Speedwagon first formed in 1968, via a pair of University of Illinois students, keyboardist Neal Doughty and drummer Alan Gratzer. 'Ridin' The Storm Out' was their first album to chart on Billboard and spawned a concert standard with the rocking title track.
Following the 1975 release was the 1976 release of R.E.O., which signaled the beginning of the veteran group's winning streak
Comes slipcased with new liner-notes.
