Shipping Charges

During the shopping-process an accumulated approximate shipping charge will be displayed in your shopping-cart.

The exact due shipping amount is calculated automatically and displayed to you before final confirmation of your total order.

We ship using Postal Service 1st Class airmail only. We ship merchandise from various stock locations throughout Europe, so depending on the items you choose your order will be shipped from either Italy, France, Denmark or Sweden.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. 4 – 8 business days is typical for most countries although 2 or even 3 weeks is not unusual for certain overseas destinations (customs procedures in your country may also delay the normal shipping time).

Please note: These very low shipping rates are for uninsured mailservice and we can not replace packages lost, stolen or damaged to you in transit. Once a package leaves our facilities for an international destination we can not be held responsible if it is lost or held up in customs or by a foreign postal service. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise, or anything else of that nature we cannot be held accountable.

If you wish to protect yourself against accidents or theft during transit, you must choose the 'Airmail Insured' shipping method when confirming your order. The added small amount for insurance (approx. $4.00 per order) will require signature upon receipt of your merchandise, and is fully trackable in case anything goes wrong in the mail.
